About Our Products
What makes your teas different from what I can buy in the supermarket?

Our products are sourced directly from traditional Turkish suppliers and imported fresh to the UK. Unlike mass-market brands, we focus on authentic recipes using high-quality botanicals. Our Eucalyptus & Lemon powder, for instance, contains real eucalyptus leaves and natural lemon flavouring rather than artificial additives. Everything is checked for quality before it reaches you.

How do I prepare your instant tea powder?

Simply add 1-2 teaspoons to a cup of hot (not boiling) water and stir well. You can adjust the strength to your taste and add honey or sugar if desired. The powder dissolves completely, so there’s no straining needed. It works equally well with hot or cold water if you prefer iced drinks.

Are your products suitable for vegans and people with dietary restrictions?

Yes, all our current products are naturally vegan, Halal and contain no animal-derived ingredients. However, they are produced in facilities that may also handle nuts, so please check individual product labels if you have severe allergies. We clearly list all ingredients and allergen information on every package.

Ordering & Delivery
How quickly will my order arrive?

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from our UK warehouse. Standard delivery is 2-3 working days via Royal Mail, and we offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently, we only deliver within the UK to ensure freshness and avoid customs delays. We’re looking into EU delivery options for the future, so sign up for our newsletter if you’d like updates on international shipping.

What if my order arrives damaged or I’m not satisfied?

We’re confident you’ll love what you receive, but if anything arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, just contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Keep the original packaging if possible, but don’t worry if you’ve already opened it.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No minimum order required, though orders over £19.99 qualify for free standard delivery. We want to make it easy for you to try our products without committing to large quantities upfront.

Health & Safety
Can I drink these products if I’m pregnant or have health conditions?

While our products are made from natural ingredients, we always recommend consulting your GP or healthcare provider before trying new herbal products if you’re pregnant, nursing, or have any medical conditions. This is especially important with eucalyptus-based products if you have respiratory sensitivities.

How should I store my tea products?

Keep all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the packaging tightly or transfer to an airtight container. Properly stored, our products maintain their quality for 18-24 months from the date of purchase. Check the best before date printed on each package.
